About Me

I've always been a teacher at heart. I can't pinpoint the moment I discovered this passion, but I've taught computer science and physics at the university level for over 25 years. Similarly, I can't recall the exact moment I wrote my first Fortran program in the early 1990s. Since then, I've explored a wide range of programming languages, including Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Lua, Bash, Perl, and Python, to name a few. As a passionate and results-driven data analyst, I've successfully used Python Pandas in several solo projects. I'm ready to translate this experience into greater contributions within a team setting. I have a growing passion for machine learning (AI), and I've built my foundation through teaching and mentoring students research projects. I'm eager to apply my skills in a collaborative environment while continuously learning and developing.
